Adaptations
Giraffes are well adapted to the Savannah, they drink water when it is available , but can go weeks without it. Their long necks are an adaption to feeding on high levels on treetops.
Elephants have a trunk and tusk which keep them alive, they use their tusks to protect their self, and it uses it's trunk to drink, gather food, and bathe itself.
Zebras can quickly escape from predators such as hyenas and lions, because they have long legs. They eat grasses and drink water often so they must stay near the water.
Koalas are perfectly designed for tree life, Their hands have a large gap between the first and second fingers, and their toe is set at a wide angle to the foot.
Lions are a sandy color so they can blend in with their surrounding, they are really fast so they can catch their prey, they have large conivorous teeth to eat meat. They have good vision at night allowing them to hunt for prey while it's cooler. They also live communally which allow them to hunt for larger prey such as water buffalo and zebras.
